SMK Delivery & Return

We ship to all locations within Kenya. All orders are shipped with a tracking number. For orders over KES 100,000, shipping is always free. During sale periods and promotions, delivery times may vary.

At Sound Master Kenya, we accept exchanges and returns of confirmed manufacturer defective items within 30 days of the purchase date (14 days during sales periods). To initiate a return, present the original receipt at any of our stores within Nairobi where the corresponding collection is available.

Your return will typically be processed within 15 business days. You’ll receive a Return Notification email once the process is complete. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be credited back to the original form of payment.
