At Sound Master Kenya, we accept exchanges and returns of confirmed manufacturer defective items within 30 days of the purchase date (14 days during sales periods). To initiate a return, present the original receipt at any of our stores within Nairobi where the corresponding collection is available.
Your return will typically be processed within 15 business days. You’ll receive a Return Notification email once the process is complete. Please allow up to 5 business days for refunds to be credited back to the original form of payment.
